Tom Köhli is mainly responsible for providing legal advice and for establishing, managing and structuring companies, foundations and trusts. One of his particular areas of expertise is the tax-related aspects of the mandates under management. As our company’s Chief Compliance Officer, he also advises clients on matters concerning compliance, money laundering clarification and notification and legal assistance.
